課程概述 |
This course consists of two hours of lectures/class discussions and one-hour group discussions/writing tasks. While the two-hour lecture/class discussion equips students with the essential fundamental knowledge of writing English civil engineering papers and conducting English presentations, the one-hour group discussion enables students to practice the knowledge and skills using authentic publications in the civil engineering field. By the end of the training, students should finish an individual term paper or a collaborative writing project, making use of the moves and techniques learned from the course. In addition, students are provided the opportunity to apply their trained presentation techniques to conduct their simulation poster presentation and oral presentation.
